Tommasi was born in 1902 in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, in San Pietro in Cariano , where the hills of this small patch of land enclosed between Verona, the Lessini mountains and Lake Garda draw a truly enchanting landscape and where the culture and traditions that characterize, enhance its extraordinary wine vocation . A reference point not only for Valpolicella but for all wine lovers in the constant search for quality and excellence, Tommasi has established itself since the 1960s as one of the most authoritative families in the Veneto , managed today by 9 cousins, who with courage, passion and love they have recovered and brought to vogue the cult of Amarone . With a property of 205 hectares, where crus of indisputable prestige arise, the Tommasi family produces labels characterized by a truly rare refinement, elegance and balance. Classic in name and in fact is Amarone della Valpolicella Classico , ruby red in color and a fine nose, prelude to a complex, full-bodied and velvety palate. Ripasso also has character and personality, born in the vineyards of Conca d'oro, La Groletta and De Buris. A rich, spicy wine with elegant notes of ripe cherries. How not to advise you to try them?
