A Champagne whose name is a guarantee for many, proof of royal houses and big stars who have made Hollywood history. It is directly guaranteed by Queen Marie Antoinette, who became the first brand ambassador of the maison, thanks to the gift of a bottle of this precious Champagne in 1785 by its creator, the stubborn and self-taught Florens-Louis Heidsieck. When Florens-Louis died in 1828, his nephew Christian Heidsieck became a partner of Henri-Guillaume Piper, a man with great business acumen: it was at this time that 14 royal houses certified the Maison as their official supplier. But it was Marilyn Monroe who would consecrate him to the Olympus of myths, when, in her typical graceful and elegant manner, she said: "I go to bed with a few drops of Chanel N° 5, and I wake up each morning to a glass of Piper-Heidsieck; it warms me up".

Next to the Cuvée Brut (90 pts Parker and 92 pts W.S.), which is considered by critics to be one of the best in its category, we find the Blanc de Blancs Essentiel (93 pts W.E.) and the Brut Vintage 2014 (94 pts W.E.), a perfect union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, born from 12 different crus, of which 2/3 are Grand and Premier Cru, with a stay on the lees for 5 years, and a further 12 months' rest after dégorgement.
