Founded in 1950, when 8 families of winemakers decide to join forces, Paul Goerg is a producer cooperative based in Vertus, in the Côte des Blancs, an area famous for the cultivation of Chardonnay.

The elegance and finesse of this grape variety, cultivated with sustainable and environmentally friendly practices on almost all of the 120 hectares of property, is the trademark of Paul Goerg. The base wines are aged in steel and the reserve wines are always kept in steel, the dosages are low. The result is pure, linear and crystalline wines, of great freshness and minerality.
