Paladin is now a historic name on the Italian wine scene . For over 50 years it has been producing wines in the historic estate in Veneto to which the Castelvecchi farm in the Chianti area and Castello Bonomi in Franciacorta have been added in recent decades. The original core of the company is still located in the Annone Veneto area, in the province of Venice, where both the local vines of the area and international varieties that have been present in the region for centuries are grown. The vineyards are conducted following the principles of sustainable and reasoned viticulture, in order to reduce treatments to a minimum, thanks to an increasingly punctual intervention, carried out almost plant by plant, with the help of satellite maps of the vineyards. The goal is a viticulture practiced respecting the environment, for the production of healthy and genuine wines, which can also use ever lower percentages of sulphites.

Veneto IGT Merlot
It is one of the symbolic wines of the company, produced with a Bordeaux grape variety that has lived in the Triveneto for centuries. It comes from the vineyards of the Annone Veneto area and thanks to the choice of vinification exclusively in steel, it retains a pleasant fragrance and expressive immediacy with the typical varietal characteristics, soft and fruity, of the Merlot grape.

Lison Pramaggiore DOC Refosco
It is produced only with red stalk grapes from hand-picked grapes in the countryside of Annone Veneto. A wine that faithfully reflects the characteristics of the grape, with aromas of small dark berry fruits and a long and intense sip, with great persistence and pleasant drinking.

Delle Venezie IGT Malbech The Maples
The wine is made from the grapes of the French Malbec grape variety, still cultivated today in the Cahors area and in Argentina, where it has found a true second home. Paladin has always believed in the potential of the grape and in its perfect adaptability to the lands of Veneto. This is an important interpretation, which is put on the market only after a long aging, first in barriques and then in large barrels, which allows the wine to acquire a balanced expressive harmony.
