Immersed in an evocative landscape, made of vineyards overlooking the sea , surrounded by dry stone walls and hedges of prickly pears, the small Hibiscus winery stands as the only reality symbol of the viticulture of Ustica , an island with very rare pedo-climatic conditions , given by together with proximity to the sea and volcanic soil well exposed to the sun and to the windy climate.

From indigenous vines such as Inzolia, Catarratto, Grillo and Nero d'Avola wines are produced that reflect the island environment, true concentrated nectars of perfumes. The top product of the range is the zibibbo passito "Zhabib" , which differs from the universally known one of Pantelleria for the system of growing vineyards and a good acidity that derives from a lower sugar residue than the standard.
