Bortolomiol was founded in 1949 by Giuliano Bortolomiol , a true master in the application of the Martinotti-Charmat method and the one who took charge of the rebirth of the abandoned vineyards on the hills of Valdobbiadene and the elevation of Prosecco, from a local product without too many pretensions to prestigious Italian sparkling wine .

Giuliano Bortolomiol's dream came true in 2009 , with the establishment of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the spread and success of this sparkling wine internationally. Its pioneering spirit lives on in Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Senior and Prosecco Superiore Brut Prior (93 pt Gardini) , produced from a selection of the best vineyards grown in Valdobbiadene. For rosé bubbles lovers, the Filanda Rosé Brut Millesimato, 100% Pinot Nero, and the blend 90% Glera - 10% Pinot Nero Prosecco Treviso Rosé Brut Miol , two delicate and refined sparkling wines that will go perfectly with soups and dishes of fish.
