The Di Meo farm, managed by the brothers Generoso and Roberto Di Meo, is located in the municipality of Salza Irpina, a few kilometers from Avellino, in the historic terroir of Fiano . Here, in an evocative eighteenth-century farmhouse which in the past belonged to the Caracciolo family, Principi di Avellino, the two brothers decided to cultivate native varieties such as Fiano, Greco and Falanghina .

Di Meo is among the first companies in these places to focus on enhancing the time factor, also offering whites aged 15 years. A perfect example is the Greco di Tufo DOCG Vittorio 2007 , with a golden yellow color, a structured wine with a distinctly mineral trend. Il Greco di Tufo DOCG G 2016 , which scored 90 points from Wine Spectator instead, is a fresher and perfectly balanced wine.

While from the vineyards located on an average altitude of 550 meters above sea level, the grapes of Fiano are born, which are the perfect expression of the Irpinia territory , such as the Fiano di Avellino DOCG Alessandra , recent winner of the Tre Bicchieri del Gambero Rosso in the 2012 vintage , a classy white, large and deep, where hints vary between spicy and candied.
