Altemasi

Altemasi represents Cavit sparkling wine excellence, with its vineyards located at 800 m asl, sometimes in heroic viticulture conditions. The Altemasi line obtained according to the rigorous dictates of the Trentodoc Classic Method includes three types of sparkling wine, each characterized by a recognizable identity and designed to satisfy multiple variations of taste.
The Brut Millesimato, obtained only from Chardonnay grapes, is characterized by a very persistent foam and is pleasantly dry and fresh, with a refined and complex structure. Trento Brut Rosé DOC (90pt WE) has a soft pink color with slight coppery reflections, and a subtle and continuous perlage. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with notes reminiscent of ripe cherries, currants and apples.
Last but not least the Pas Dosé is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that offers intense citrus notes and is pleasantly austere and refined on the palate.

The strength of Altemasi lies in being able to lose itself in many fragrances always in the name of new surprises for the palate thanks to the mastery in the production of a wonderful Trentodoc Metodo Classico .
