Ventoux AOP Terrasses Rouge 2018 Château Pesquié

This red wine signed Château Pesquié comes from a blend of the best red berried grapes of the Rhône Valley: Grenache and Syrah. The name is inspired by the characteristic terraces, Terrasses in French, which cover the wine area of Ventoux.

Following the pressing of the grapes, the must is enriched in color and aromatic substances through a maceration of 15 days. It then rests for a long time in aging, at the end of which it undergoes a natural clarification process.

The color is ruby red with deep shades. The nose moves on spicy sensations, black pepper above all, and red berry fruits. The palate is fresh and balanced, with tannins characterized by a great softness.

Versatile in food-wine pairing, it goes well with pizza and rustic pies but also with grilled red meat.
