Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rive di Refrontolo Brut Millesimato Casa Vittorino of Astoria, was born in vineyards located in the Cartizze hills, in the province of Treviso.

It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat Method, by re-fermentation in autoclave for 20-25 days, with aging on its lees for a few weeks and for another 1-2 months in the bottle.

Prosecco Superiore Casa Vittorino of Astoria is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with intense aromas of yellow fruit, enriched with characteristic varietal aromas. On the palate it is full and dry, slightly sapid.

This prosecco is perfect to accompany light and delicate pimi dishes based on fish.
