Description

The highest expression of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Valdo is called Pure Gold.

It is the result of a vinification with Glera grapes in controlled temperature conditions and a Charmat Long Method lasting 5 months, with subsequent aging in glass.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with bright golden reflections and a subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose it releases characteristic floral hints mixed with pear and Golden apple fragrances. In the mouth it is harmonious and delicate, with excellent flavor.

Perfect as an aperitif as well as throughout the meal, it offers the best of itself in the company of a basic fish recipe.
