Description
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Col del Forno Rive di Refrontolo from the Rive Selection collection by Andreola, was born in the vineyards located on the hills of Refrontolo in the Treviso municipality of Valdobbiadene.
It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat method, through the fermentation in the autoclave for 30-40 days, with a refinement of about 3 months, before being marketed.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense scent of crunchy yellow fruit, enriched with floral notes of acacia and wisteria. In the mouth it is fresh and velvety, with a pleasantly mineral and persistent finish.
This prosecco is perfect to accompany delicious aperitifs and refined fish dishes.
