Description

Teroldego Rotaliano from the Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona collection was born in the vineyards of the Piana Rotaliana, one of the areas with the greatest wine-growing vocation in Trentino.

It is produced only with Teroldego grapes, harvested and selected by hand when the bunches are fully ripe. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in steel at a controlled temperature of 25-27 ° C, for 5-7 days. Subsequently the wine remains to refine in oak barrels until the moment of bottling.

The Teroldego Rotaliano Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose brings a rich and enveloping bouquet, with aromas reminiscent of wild berries. On the palate it is pleasantly tannic and structured.

Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled meats, it is ideal to combine with aged cheeses.
