Description

The Soave Classico Vin Soave di Inama comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, in the province of Verona.

It is obtained only with Garganega grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with skin maceration for 4-12 hours, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Inama's Vin Soave is characterized by a very light yellow color. The nose opens with delicate floral aromas of chamomile, elderberry and iris, enriched with fruity notes of peach and apple. On the palate it is mineral with a pleasant almond aftertaste.

This white wine is perfect to accompany mixed salad, risotto and fish dishes in general.
