Salento Vermentino IGT 2019

A pure Vermentino is born near the Salento coast and arrives directly on our tables. The area from which this splendid Vermentino comes to life enjoys a temperate microclimate thanks to the proximity of the sea. It is harvested in the last week of August and after the destemming of the grapes, the grapes come into contact with the skins for a few hours in the cold before pressing, so as to extract the maximum aromatic potential. Fermentation takes place in steel at 15 ° C for 13-15 days, preserving the intact bouquet and natural aromatic profile of the grapes. Refine in steel.

Straw yellow in color in the glass, it offers a gentle and delicate nose, with its scent of white flowers that blends harmoniously with citrus and Mediterranean scrub notes. The palate is satisfied by a sensation of freshness given by the notes of thyme and rosemary, which herald a sensation of freshness and marked minerality.

Ideal to be consumed with fish-based dishes and light appetizers.
