Description

Cimarè di Casalfarneto is a wine obtained from a selection of red berried grapes from the best vineyards in the area, harvested at the right degree of ripeness.

The vinification process is characterized by a long maceration which favors the full extraction of the aromatic substances. Aging takes place in small oak barrels for 8 months and for a further 6 months in the bottle.

Intense ruby red in color, it shows an intense range of aromas on the nose, ranging from red flowers to berries, ending in a whirlwind of spices. On the palate it proves elegant and pleasant, warm, soft and harmonious.

Ideal in combination with all savory and structured dishes, including first courses with red meat ragout, game, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
