Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry DOC 2018 Valdo
Description
This vintage Prosecco di Valdo is produced with grapes coming exclusively from the province of Treviso.
It consists entirely of grapes of the Glera variety, harvested by hand in the last week of September once it has reached perfect ripeness. With this production approach, the berry is allowed to further enhance its characteristics. After a soft pressing phase and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, the second fermentation is carried out according to the Charmat method for 3 months and further refinement in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color, it opens to the nose with fruity hints reminiscent of ripe Golden apple. In the mouth it is pleasantly aromatic and harmonious, with a good savory trace.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and delicate dishes of seafood cuisine.
