Description
Cabernet Sauvignon La Mascota comes from the vineyards located in Mendoza, in the Cruz de Piedra area, within the department of Maipú.
The grapes are collected and selected, then brought to the cellar for fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for a period of at least 25 days at a temperature of 23-25 ° C. Once the natural malolactic fermentation is complete, it ages for 15 months in French and American oak barrels.
Ruby red wine with purple hues, it evokes intense and concentrated aromas of cassis, blueberry and black pepper on the nose. On the palate it proves structured and elegant, with a long finish on hints of eucalyptus and red fruits.
Magnificent with red meat dishes and aged cheeses. Recommended with lamb chops.
