Grappa del Chianti Classico Il Grigio San Felice

Relevant presence in the San Felice product range, for the Il Grigio line, this grappa is a further proof of interpretation of the noble Chianti Classico territory. It is made by distillation in a copper cauldron batch alembic still. It matures in stainless steel and for a few months in cask.

The crystalline and slightly amber color due to the passage in oak. Both on the nose and on the palate it offers an aromatic range that echoes on notes of vanilla, banana, coconut and custard, to close on a spicy clove finish.

To be served with a fruit dessert.
