Gin Midsummer Solstice Limited Release Hendrick's

Extremely limited variant of Hendrick's Gin, the Midsummer Solstice gin is conceived and created by the master distiller Leslie Gracie, lover of the intense floral scents that can be breathed on the summer solstice days. Perfumes that he recreated by selecting and testing one by one the best floral essences inside the laboratory and distillation rooms of the new Victorian-style Gin Palace.

It is a gin with an indistinct but bewitching floral bouquet in which it is not possible to recognize the single scent but to bear the extraordinary overall effect. The scent is supported by slight hints of strawberry, raspberry and dog rose. On the palate the notes of lavender and rose emerge from the beginning, then sandalwood, juniper and pine, towards a fresh and spicy finish.

High quality proposal under the sign of pink gin, the fashion of the moment, is a pleasant gin, ideal for making refined cocktails: one above all the Midsummer Salty Dog, adding 5 parts of red grapefruit juice to the gin, garnishing the glass with a slice of the same fruit.
