Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Sauvignon 2019 Ronchi di Manzano

Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon di Ronchi di Manzano rises in the municipalities of Manzano and Rosazzo, in the province of Udine, on land belonging to the flysch geological area of Cormòns.

It is produced entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, whose harvest is done strictly by hand with the help of small boxes. After a brief maceration at 0 ° C, the must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. A short period of aging in bottle follows, which precedes the marketing.

The Sauvignon di Ronchi di Manzano shines in the glass of a beautiful intense straw yellow color. The nose is rich and intense, focusing on floral notes of yellow fruit and minerals. On the palate it is dry and savory, with good freshness, finesse and persistence.

It goes wonderfully with all fish dishes, with shellfish and risotto.
