Description

The Franciacorta Brut Satèn Sansevé di Monte Rossa sparkling wine is born in the vineyards located in the morainic hills of the municipalities of Bornato and Cellatica, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in temperature-controlled oak barrels. Subsequently the wine refines in the bottle for about 24 months before being put on the market.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with fruity hints of cedar and pineapple, enriched by pleasant notes of powdered sugar and perceptions of brioche and almonds. On the palate it is lively and fresh, pleasantly savory and with a balanced body.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and sushi dishes.
