Description
Franciacorta Extra Dry di Pavò is a summary of Franciacorta land, in its blend divided between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Iseo area, in the province of Brescia.
The alcoholic fermentation of the steel grapes is followed by the malolactic fermentation, carried out spontaneously on the whole of the wine. Once the second fermentation in the bottle is complete, the wine remains in the presence of its yeasts for about 30 months.
The fine and persistent perlage revives a straw yellow colour. The nose shows a ripe fruity outfit accompanied by a subtle frame of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is soft, chiseled by a fresh-savoury trail that leads the sip.
To be combined with a plate of spaghetti with seafood.
