Fiano di Avellino DOCG Alessandra 2012 Di Meo

The Fiano di Avellino Alessandra of the Di Meo winery comes from a selection of company vineyards, located in the municipality of Salza Irpina, in the province of Avellino.

It is made exclusively with Fiano grapes, traditionally vinified in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for 12 months in steel and 12 months in bottle before being put on the market.

Straw yellow with golden reflections, the color expresses intense notes of ripe yellow fruit on the nose, hinged on a background made of hints of honey and toasted hazelnuts. In the mouth it is intense and fresh, with a characteristic flavor, characterized by a perfect gustatory harmony.

Ideal pairing of cheeses, both fresh and seasoned, it is excellent with seafood and fish dishes.
