Made from 100% Aglianico grapes, salmon pink in color, it has a pomegranate nose, a decisive and savory attack on the mouth, a very pleasant tension on the palate, nice crunchiness and just as much persistence.

This Spumante Rosé is part of the Dubl line of Feudi di San Gregorio: Metodo Classico bubbles made from native varieties of Campania.

It is produced only from Aglianico grapes, vinified in steel at a controlled temperature with a brief contact with its skins. Subsequently, aging takes place for at least 12 months on the lees.

Pale pink colour of great brilliance, with a subtle and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with aromas of ripe red fruits, in a pleasant association with hints of soy. The sip is persuasive and elegant, of remarkable persistence.

Perfect with fish first and second courses, it is indicated in combination with rustic pies, vegetable soups and fresh cheeses.
