Dubl + Brut Metodo Classico 2016 Feudi di San Gregorio

Dubl Più is one of the classic method bubbles of the Feudi di San Gregorio winery, produced exclusively from native Campania vines.

It is a pure Greek sparkling wine, a noble variety from the Campania region of which a genetic similarity was discovered with the Asprinio Caserta, historically known for its particular vocation to the sparkling process. The refinement of Dubl Più consists of 24 months spent in contact with its own yeasts.

It shows a bright golden yellow color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it releases a complex bouquet, in which notes of courgette flowers blend perfectly with citrus and mango hints, but also with chalk, yeast and clear mineral perceptions. On the palate it is austere, of great elegance, with a finish of beautiful persistence in which the relationship between grape and territory is clearly evident.

Excellent with risotto, it is perfect in combination with sushi and shellfish. Try it with a gratin lobster.
