Description
Dolcetto d'Alba Rossana takes its name from the historical plot located near the Piedmontese city of Alba.
It comes exclusively from organic Dolcetto grapes. The entire production process takes place entirely in steel tanks and maceration takes place in deliberately short times.
It stands out for its intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose releases hints of red fruits but also of flowers such as violet. In the mouth it opens with a juicy cherry and then closes with an almost almond finish.
It goes well with seasoned salami or with important traditional dishes such as agnolotti al ragù.
