Description

Perle d'Or Crémant de Bourgogne is made up of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes assembled in equal proportions. Before preparing the cuvée, the wine from Chardonnay grapes stays in oak barrels. Aging takes place on its lees for at least 3 years.

Soft yellow bubbles with a very fine and persistent perlage, it offers a floral bouquet of honeysuckle and linden flowers which leave room for delicate fruity hints of peach and apricot later on. On the palate it is rich and complex, with good balance.

This vintage crémant is perfect for enhancing an important aperitif but is also indicated in combination with spiced chicken preparations.
