Perle d'Aurore is a charming Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé, obtained from a refined blend of the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay varieties. He spends a deliberately short period of aging which allows him to highlight his personality without losing his typical freshness and fruit.

In the glass it has a salmon pink color and a lively and persistent perlage. Smell offers delicate hints of white flowers animated by an elegant fruity charge that recalls raspberry and red currant. On the palate it is characterized by a delicious roundness, underlined by lively shades of freshness.

Elegant aperitif bubble, it goes perfectly with a fruit dessert.
