Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé AOC Dopff au Moulin

This Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is the result of a specific recipe of Dopff au Moulin, designed with the intention of obtaining a rosé sparkling wine only from the maceration of the grapes of the Pinot Noir grape.

The color is pale pink with bright reflections, enlivened by a column of fine and continuous bubbles. The nose is reminiscent of a Pinot Noir-based red wine, with the addition of elegant toasted scents. On the palate it is vinous, full-bodied, harmonious and fruity.

Combinable with the whole meal, it is an excellent aperitif.
