Description

Classic wine and among the leading labels of the Sella & Mosca winery, this Cannonau di Sardegna originates from warm and sandy soils mitigated by the north-east wind.

Fermentation takes place traditional, in steel tanks, at a temperature between 18 and 28 ° C. The wine ages in the same containers for several months.

In the glass it has a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, clear floral hints of violet emerge, to which are added hints of ripe red fruit and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate the wine is robust, full and warm, generous and balanced, with a long finish characterized by a silky texture.

It is ideal to accompany red meats and long-aged cheeses.
