Description
The Oltrepò Pavese La Bonarda di Mora Bassa was born in vineyards located in the Pavia municipality of Montescano, in Lombardy.
It is produced exclusively with Croatina grapes, manually harvested in boxes. After fermentation which takes place naturally in steel, the wine ages in the same containers and then in glass for 30 days, before being placed on the market.
It has a deep and lively ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet of red fruits. In the mouth it is full, sweet and fresh.
Perfect to accompany cold cuts and first courses with meat sauce, this wine is excellent in combination with braised meats and game in general.
