Description

Bolgheri di Donne Fittipaldi was born in vineyards located in the Livorno town of Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the magical Bolgheri terroir.

It is produced with a skilful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After a soft destemming, fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, for 15 days.

This Bolgheri has an intense ruby red color. The nose has evident aromas of cherry and black currant, enriched with pleasant spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with sweet and velvety tannins.

Perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes typical of Tuscan cuisine.
