Nose of chinotto, lychee, a trace of thyme at the end, taut, crunchy, savory and persistent mouth.
The Alto Adige Gewürztraminer of the Kurtatsch Cortaccia winery is born in vineyards located in the hilly area of Cortaccia on the Strada del Vino, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, which find their natural habitat in these calcareous and clayey soils.
This Gewürztraminer is a very full-bodied and aromatic white wine. The nose opens with dense and strong aromas of roses and magnolias, with pleasant shades of lychee and a marked mineral trait. On the palate it is well structured, vigorous, balanced by a persistent freshness.
Perfect to accompany shellfish, especially prawns and lobsters, and seafood, it is ideal as a dessert wine.
