Südtirol - Alto Adige Riserva DOC Gewürztraminer Brenntal 2017 Cortaccia

The Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Brenntal Riserva di Kurtatsch Cortaccia is born in vineyards located in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route.

It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is refined in the same containers before being bottled.

The Brenntal is characterized by a bright gold color. The nose opens with peony aromas, enriched by pleasant hints of acacia honey and caramelized orange peel, mango and lavender. On the palate it results with a lively acidity and with a fresh and pleasantly juicy finish.

Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and shellfish.
