Description
in CeraSole is an Aglianico del Vulture that comes from the vineyards of Barile, in Basilicata, located on the slopes of Monte Vulture, a large extinct volcano in southern Italy.
The harvest takes place by hand in early October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C, followed by malolactic fermentation always in steel.
It has an intense ruby red color with light garnet reflections. On the nose, currant dominates the scene, lying on a moderately spiced bed. On the palate it is dry and sapid, with great persistence.
Stock up on second courses based on red meat or game. It is excellent to accompany a platter of aged cheeses.
